Belated Easter Post

What a fun Easter weekend. We started off the weekend with a slightly early celebration for cousin Brinley's 1st Birthday. Such a fun birthday. It was one of those fun parties that start in the early afternoon and last till it is past bedtime. Happy Birthday Brinley!

Easter Day was super fun for the little ones. Natalie as gifted a vintage 1960's sheer dress from a co-worker of her grandma's. It was ver cute. A little thin for a spring day, but adorable nonetheless.

The dip in the kiddy pool was a highlight. Brinley has no fear of cold water! Natalie was a little more worried. She ran around naked and when Uncle Allen attached the hot water heater to the pool, she stepped in.

Hood River - Springing Into Action

Although the sun is just peeking out now and again, we still hit the parks and did some walking around town. Ryan hit the mountain for a little bike ride and we waited patiently...for Natalie to nap. Nope! Didn't happen. No Nap Nattie is here today.

Waterfront park. Good times will happen here this summer.
First Tonka truck experience. They are plastic these days. Lame.

What do you think happened?
1. She was singing Opera?
2. She was reciting the Declaration of Independence?
3. She ate the stick?
(If I could type the answer in upside down, I would.)
The answer is 3. Shocker!

Ella, Natalie and Zola were reminiscining on how fun it is to swim here. Only Zola recalls.

Natalie sneaks in a backside hug on Ella.

Zola made a NattieSandwich
Ella licks the pizza a lot
Advice anyone?

4 Days in the Hood

So glad Ryan could take off a couple days for us to hang in Hood River. It has been far too long since we could make it up here. The weather is holding out and we are outside as much as possible.
Summer yet?
Is that a Zebra?

Chi and baby catch  ride.
